1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk635 website or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the pk635 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, wagering, and participation in promotions.

If you access the Platform on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that party to these Terms and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the pk635 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

By using the Platform, you confirm that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the pk635 Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. pk635 may merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and may confiscate any associated balances in accordance with its anti-fraud policy.
• Not register or use an account on behalf of another person.

pk635 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to state reasons.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk635 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not used for other services (including your JazzCash or Easypaisa accounts).
• Not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notify pk635 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device, including in internet cafes in cities such as Karachi, Lahore, or Rawalpindi.

pk635 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you unless you notify pk635 promptly of unauthorised access.

5. Deposits & Payments

pk635 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (where available). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pk635 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your pk635 wallet within 2–5 minutes. In the event of a delay, contact support with proof of payment.
• pk635 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of deposited funds in connection with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pk635 account are subject to the following terms:

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, or otherwise verified by pk635.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified.
• pk635 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• pk635 reserves the right to apply additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requiring a copy of a valid CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pk635 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Rewards page:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Wagering requirements (turnover requirements) must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• pk635 reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings where it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or other prohibited conduct.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• pk635 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 General

All bets placed on the pk635 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, casino, slots, fishing games). A bet is considered accepted once confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued. pk635 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by errors in odds, pricing, or technical fault.

8.2 Sports Betting

Cricket betting on pk635 — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODI series, and other markets — is governed by international betting industry standards. In-play bets are accepted until the relevant market is closed by the trading team. pk635 may limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including limiting maximum stake amounts on individual markets.

8.3 Casino Games

All casino games, including live dealer tables and RNG (Random Number Generator) slot titles, use certified technology. Game outcomes are independent of prior rounds. pk635 does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel where required by the game provider.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk635 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities; any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal purpose.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits after they have been wagered.
• Abusing customer support staff.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk635 Platform — including the pk635 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pk635 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pk635.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk635, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data.

pk635's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your pk635 account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk635 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12. Responsible Gaming

pk635 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict how long you can be logged in per session.

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Your voluntary request for self-exclusion.

Upon termination for cause, pk635 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, your verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

14. Amendments

pk635 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pk635 is licensed and operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting pk635 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution.
